Our annual landscaping maintenance program is:

Fine Landscaping, Inc. will furnish all labor, materials and equipment.

Maintenance will be performed weekly in all landscaping areas, walk areas and parking lots in order to eliminate unsightly vegetation from the grounds.

The scope of work, activities and number of times each job will be performed is:

Mowing of all turf areas on the grounds 42 times annually. (December-February, winter months as needed.)

Edging weekly around walk areas, parking areas, flowerbeds, plant beds and ground cover beds.

In order to maintain a professional appearance of the flowerbeds and plant beds, they will be edged and the ground will be cultivated. If necessary, the beds will be sprayed with weed killer in order to control unsightly weeds twelve times annually.

Shrubs pruned twelve times annually.

Trees approximately 8 to 10 feet in height pruned twelve times annually. If taller than 10 feet, only the lower reachable limbs will be pruned. Trees taller than 10 feet incur an additional charge.

The cost of fertilizer is an additional charge not in the monthly contract, unless prior arrangements have been made. A special blend of slow release fertilizer is used, consisting of a 20-10-5 blend with 3% iron and 5% sulphur-coated, 120 days feeding.
